Looking at the dates of posts and the reply rate, I'm a little concerned as to whether there is enough support after purchase.

No, I can ensure you the place is not near dead :) When you try to directly contact us by e-mail (info @ 123ignitionshop.com) or by phone you will have your answer mostly in less then 24 hrs.
Unfortunately we don't get a notification automatically when someone writes a post/ an entry at the Forum, therefor it tends to get a bit neglected...
