Rev limiter and 123 ignition(not tune)

Is there anyway of setting a Rev limit on the standard 123 ignition ? I don't have the tune and need to stop engine misuse Alternatively is there an aftermarket product that works in conjunction with the 123 ignition (fitted in a 1970s VW camper with standard engine) I've looked at the Omex clubman but not sure if it's comparable Thanks in advance

Unfortunately there is no possibility to set the REV limiter on the standard 123ignition.
