My engine has been Megajolted by others and been dyno'ed a few times using other software. I thought I could tweak the work of others, say Megajolt or MAP2000 users to make 123ignition curves.

Only you can't vacuum-map 123ignition, over the rev range. You get 10 points max. and 40 (+2 for Map start & rev limit) overall. MJ has up to 150 in any map.
Accepting that 123 hasn't the power to map vacuum to this level, what do you think is the best way to approach this?
To clarify my question, I can see I need to enter the 100kPa column of the Megajolt maps to get the WOT centrifugal advance, but with only 10 co-ordinates, which end of the 120+ of MJ co-ordintates do i start for vacuum advance? I'd like them all, because the Map2000 curve is from a very respected tuner of my 2.5 Petrol Land-orver engine, I want to get as near the Map2000 curve as I can.

I do not understand what you realy want to acomplisch. The vacuum advance is to get better fuel consumtion undur low load and we advice to start the vacuum advance from 1500 rpm.

Sorry perhaps I have not explained myself. I wish to import a MAP2000 map. My rolling road data was established using MAP2000, done by a top tuner of this engine. MAP2000 allows vacuum advance to be set at different values, not just dependent on the vacuum but also the RPM.
Thus different vacuum advance values over a larger map. It is more three dimensional. Megajolt works the same. See:

MJ has diffent vacuum curves for different rpm. 123 has one. Thus no matter what the RPM 123 gives one value at say, 20kPa, not 15+. This does not worry me, I am no racer, but I'd like to borrow the data.
I have a MAP2000 Map simialr to the Megajolt shown in the Youtube video for my engine. In 123ignition we are allowed only one value for vacuum advance at say 20kPa, Where 123 allows one value at 20 kPa. Megajolt etc allows 15 values or more. To get the nearest to the extra data MJ etc can deal with, how are we best to optimise the 15 vacuum curves to one 123 vacuum value? Staying with the 20kPa value, looking down the 20kPa row on the MJ map, do we take the highest value? The lowest or mid-point? Which bits do I ignore?

So my question is, with heaps of Megajolt maps on the internet for lots of cars how do users translate most of the extra data and get it into 123?
