The unit offers 16 different advance-curves, which can be selected by means of a small switch. This is a great feature to easily fine-tune your engine!

The 123/GB-4-R-V-pos is a 123ignition that has vacuum advance. If you don't need this, you can contact us to order a 123/GB-4-R-pos (WITHOUT vacuum advance). As this 'special' is not often used, we don't have it in stock and you can only get it at special request. The 123/GB-4-R-pos costs €20,- less than the 123/GB-4-R-V-pos.

Please read the installation manual carefully. It contains more information about static timing and the advance-curves (often found on the last page), the specifications of the 123ignition and a step-by-step description of the installation procedure.

Coils and spark plugs

Although used coils all look alike, they should be viewed with suspicion since one cannot tell from the outside whether, and how often they were exposed to overheating in the past. Installing the 123ignition system will ensure that the coil will never overheat again in the future. We recommend the 123 Blue Coil.
