123/DV-R for ID-19B's from 9-66 until 9-68 with a DV-engine

ID-19B's from 9-'66 until 9-'68 with a 'DV' engine as well as the engines of the DS 19A, DS 19MA and ID19FA with DY engine from '65 until '68 require a different fixation. For these cars we offer a 123/DV-R with a special mounting bracket.

With a switch you can easily choose the advance-curve that is specified for your specific engine. The unit offers a built-in LED for easy static timing and several different advance-curves. This is a great feature for easy fine-tuning your engine!

It also offers:
- Automatic dwell
- Automatic power-cut after 1 second

Other 123ignitions for ID and DS are:

- 123/DS-R
- 123/DS-R-V with vacuum advance
- 123/DV-R for the ID-19B produced from 9-66 until 9-68 with a 'DV' engine
- 123/DS-IE-R to replace the original Bosch ZV11/7 A 3 A distributor

Please read the installation manual carefully. It contains more information on engine- and distributor numbers, static timing and the advance-curves (often found on the last page), the specifications of the 123ignition and a step-by-step description of the installation procedure.

Note: Although used coils all look alike, they should be viewed with suspicion since one cannot tell from the outside whether, and how often they were exposed to overheating in the past. Installing the 123ignition system will ensure that the coil will never be overheated again in future. We recommend the 123 Blue Coil.
