If you have a defective 123ignition, or if you're having trouble with the installation manual, you can contact us; even if it's an older 123ignition.

If the ignition is really broken (have you followed our troubleshooting diagram?) you can send it to us. We can then test it. Testing costs €25*. If we determine that the product is indeed defective and it falls within the warranty, you will be refunded the testing costs.
Please include the completed return form with the package, otherwise, we won’t know what to do with it. You may also add a more detailed description of the problem and any previous communication with us.

If we have determined that the 123ignition is really broken, we can repair it. The cost of the repair is €100* for a switch version, €125* for a TUNE(+), and €150* for an 8-cylinder or SM version. This does not apply to repairs under warranty. If your ignition is more than 10 years old, unfortunately, we can only test it, not repair it.

The shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping from outside the EU, please mark the package as 'warranty repair' with a value of €5. This is to avoid additional costs.
Please indicate on the return that the package should be delivered only to our address. Not to the neighbors, and not to a pick-up point. If this does happen, the package is often returned to the sender, and then you lose your shipping costs (and time).
We have had several conflicts with DHL as a carrier in the past, so we kindly ask you not to send anything via DHL.
Leen APK has a warranty period of 12 months; for the exact warranty conditions, we refer you to our terms of delivery.
