Compensating resistance needed
Public Forums   8 years ago   Comments: 2    Viewed: 8047

  1. I just fitted a 123/Mercedes-6-R-V to my 220SE with M127IV Motor. Works fine so far. The original ignition coil (Bosch TK12A9) and compensation resistor (Bosch ZWJ11Z4Z, 0,9 Ohm) are still in place. Is that correct or are there any improvements (e.g. by removing the resistor or changing the coil)? Regards Ralf

Dear Ralf, we advise to remove the resistor and use the Beru ZS109 coil. Best regards, Leen APK
