123/Renault16-TX-TS-4-R-V distributor for 807 and 843 engines in Renault 16 TX and 16 TS

The 123/Renault16-TX-TS-4-R-V is a distributor, specifically targeted for tthe 807 and 843 engines as used in Renault 16 TX and 16 TS (please check dimensions).

The 123/Renault16-TX-TS-4-R-V contains curves for carbureted-engines as originally specified by Renault. The end-user can select one of 16 different advance-curves by means of a little switch on the side of the distributor-body.

This unit comes with vacuum advance. When you don't need this, you can save yourself some money and choose the version without vacuum, the 123/Renault16-TX-TS-4-R.

Coil and spark plugs

Although used coils all look alike, they should be viewed with suspicion since one cannot tell from the outside whether, and how often they were exposed to overheating in the past. Installing the 123ignition system will ensure that the coil will never be overheated again in future. We recommend the 123 Blue Coil.
