yes I already was able to connect several times and blue led was working.
Last week I tried to reset and connect with several smartphones (android and apple) with no success (reset with bluetooth off on my smartphones, reinstall the app), the led never blinked or switched on and no connection.
This sounds like the bluetooth module is indeed broken. Fortunately this can indeed be repaired. Would you be so kind as to give us a call or send us an email so we can assist you better?
